Las PTCs que están actualmente fuera de servicio, son SCAM, o tienen posibilidad de que no pagan, fueron retiradas de la pagina para que se puedan registrar solo en las que son seguras y así no podrán perder tiempo.
The PTCs that are currently out of service, are SCAM, or they might not pay, were removed from the site so they can register only in those that are safe and so can not waste time.
